dv444 Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms carefully before using the dv444 platform. This is a legal agreement between you and us that defines your rights and responsibilities.
1 Introduction & Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between dv444 and its users. dv444 operates an online gaming and entertainment platform for players in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to any service, game, promotion, or activity on the site.
Before using the platform, you must confirm that you reside in Bangladesh and are at least 21 years of age. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To create and use an account on dv444, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You are using this service voluntarily and on your own initiative.
- You must have the capacity to carry out financial transactions.
- You are not registering on behalf of or as a representative of another person.
- You have never previously been banned from dv444.
2.2 Account Information & Security
Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration is mandatory. If false information is provided, dv444 reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit any deposited funds. Keep your password and login details completely confidential. The user is solely responsible for any unauthorized use of their account.
2.3 One Account Policy
Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a policy violation and may result in account suspension or cancellation. Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is also strictly prohibited.
3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on dv444 is ৳200. The platform supports Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits attempted through methods other than those approved may not be processed.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
Withdrawals will be on hold if any active bonus wagering requirement remains incomplete. Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
3.3 Transaction Liability
dv444 is not responsible for any funds lost due to transactions made with incorrect information. For suspicious transactions, dv444 may request additional verification details and temporarily suspend processing.
4 Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users on dv444 receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, for a total of ৳47,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. For the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only, not the deposit). For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has a specific validity period; the bonus is cancelled once it expires.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
- Bonuses may only be used in the games specified in the bonus terms.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — once wagering is complete, they become withdrawable as winnings.
- In the event of any fraud or policy violation, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
5 VIP Program & Cashback
dv444 has four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
You can advance to higher tiers through regular and active play. VIP benefits remain active until cancelled. dv444 reserves the right to modify VIP program terms at any time.
6 Gaming Policy & Fair Play
6.1 Fair Play Policy
dv444 is committed to ensuring fair play. The outcomes of all games on the platform are impartial and determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using software or automated tools to operate games.
- Exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate games.
- Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
- Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
If any such activity is detected, the account in question will be immediately cancelled and all balances may be forfeited.

- Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.

9.2 Closure by the User
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All active bonus wagering requirements will remain applicable before account closure, and any eligible balance will be withdrawable.
10 Limitation of Liability

13 Applicable Law & General Provisions
Applicable law will be followed in the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms. If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.
